The methodology comes from building real systems: LLM tooling for nuclear verification & validation, medical records processing, institutional-memory platforms, long-form document-generation engines. When we recommend an approach, it's grounded in implementation reality, not a slide. Led by Ryan Hanson out of Corvallis, Oregon — remote-first, travel available.
Most consulting in this space falls into one of two camps: management consultants who write decks but don't build, or technical consultants who build but don't think about the institution. We do both. The result is institutional artifacts — methodologies, audits, ConOps, decision frameworks — that hold up under scrutiny and stay useful after we leave.
